Right, heres the deal. I signed up in January for Stars cause the lack of action at FTP was annoying and I was in a position where I just wanted to plough through a tonne of games rather than wait the reg speeds.

I signed up and received the full 100% Bonus of $600, which was converted to my currency as a £293 pending bonus.

I failed to play at Stars for a while and never actually got round to transferring money across except for the times that I played the shootout. However, recently I decided to move the whole of my bankroll over so I could concentrate on playing more.

This is where the problem begun, I played through the first 236VPPs to clear the first £10 of my bonus, but when I did "clear" it it was actually removed from my USD account and placed into my GBP account ($16 taken from USD, £10 put into GBP). I thought this was odd and fired up an email to send to Stars.

The bigger problem, though, is that when I closed the cashier it deleted my GBP account as it was empty. This then got rid of the tab that says "Bonus Status" or something like that.

My question is, how the hell do I get it back and actually credited to my account rather than them using my own money to pay me?

Also just noticed this on PokerStars:

"When you have a partially earned bonus and close the bonus currency, the bonus is converted to your Preferred Currency so you can continue to earn it"

So even if my 'bonus currency' as they call it is closed then it should still show up in Cashier.

So annoying.

when you signed up , did you deposit $600 , or whatever that is in £ ?

and then withdraw it all ?

Withdrew most of it, but they had started paying me my bonus but then suddenly got rid of the GBP account.

Looking into it myself it says that removal of a currency account voids any bonus associated with it. But I haven't closed it, they have as it was empty :S

Thanks for getting back to me. I've added a new version of the bonus to the value of
$590, as you had already earned one increment on your previous bonus.

I applied 210 VPPs towards the clearance of this bonus, so $10 has already been released
to your account.
