So I was told about contacting FTP about rakeback, which I did, and they had directed me to rakebackpros.com and informed me that they have sent my information to them.
"Hello Travis,
Thanks for getting in contact with us about rakeback.
Although Full Tilt Poker does not offer rakeback directly to players, our preferred affiliate partner RakeBackPros.com offers rakeback to players who sign up through their website with Full Tilt Poker.
We?ve sent your player details to RakeBackPros.com and they will be in direct contact with you.
Regards,
Gabor

I went ahead and registered on the site and waited. This was January 9.
Then...I receive a message saying I'm not eligible because I was affiliated with another site.
Very soon after, I get another email stating:
"Dear Full Tilt Player,
We incorrectly informed some players you that they were attached to another affiliate and there is not eligible to receive rakeback from us.
We sincerely apologize for this incorrectly sent email. Rest assured that this was simply a human error and will not effect your rakeback request in any way.
Once again, we offer our apologies for the misinformation.

That was January 11.
I write them an email asking the status of my request.. Two days later they tell me:
"Hi, Unfortunately we are not able to provide a specific time frame for when we might be able to offer you rakeback. Rest assured that we will contact you directly if we are able to offer you rakeback.
Thanks for your patience.Regards
Vince

Okay. I will wait...
I wait two weeks.
Still, nothing...
So I've written them another email, but I really don't expect much. |

It took me three weeks going through that same process. I considered that a blessing given that the research I had done suggested it could take up to several months.
Patience. |

| Hopefully you will get sorted out, it wasn't so long ago it was impossible to get rakeback with FT if you didn't get it when you signed up, so at least there is some light at the end of the tunnel. |
