I knew another player ie They said I had a relationship with him
which was not explained further to me they eventually reinstated my account after 12 hours some 10 hours after i had sent them copies of my id
and they said they were sorry for the inconvenience
they are so big they just dont care obviously
well they lost me now
i might be just one player but if they continue with the way they are they will lose more
customer service is what all good business is built on and they did not get anywhere near it today |

I understand your frustration and it is a pain not being able to play, having to send ID etc but think of it in reverse - if you were playing against two people who did know each other who colluded in such a way that it wasnt a fair games (SnG or Cash or MTT), I imagine you would be pretty upset that their security didnt spot it. I have been on the receiving end a few years ago where I got money sent back to me after Stars found two people colluding in 9 man SnGs.
Stars also spotted and took actions about the Chinese DoN ring that emerged last year. Compare that to other sites with bots, colluders and multi-accounters, I think the general consensus is that Stars are better than most when it comes to security. |

So you would rather they didn't follow up concerns about collusion or w/e, this makes me even happier to play on the site, knowing it is well regulated, and safe.
As frustrating as it is, 10 hours isn't all that long. _________________ "Cos that's what I do" |

well i got an apology from pokerstars and an explanation
So it feeling a little better I cant say that I understand how they can do what they did , I guess with the apology I can get on with my poker life . so to those of you that get your account locked in the future for no fault of your own I suggest you just take the day off and not worry about it . I would have been better off if I did this . |

not much chance of collusion in husng
but it was just a case of I knew someone that had 2 accounts and had sent money to both of these accounts at some time in the past 6 months
this means we should be very careful about sending money to other players for any reason might be better to use paypal or
money bookers , in future the only people that will get money from me via a pokersite will be family period |
