Having a few problems with HEM. It's showing that i have incomplete games even though they are all complete, its messing my graph and stats up a bit.
Also my HUD seems to be freezing , i have to close HEM then re open it in game to get it working again, is this the main issue?

any help is appreciated.

I've had a few games show up as unfinished, mostly due to me closing the the window before the end of the game (only a few seconds, but it still screws up my HEM)

You can right click on the game(s) in question and edit the details so it doesn't mess with your graph too much.

No, I don't think closing HEM would do that, I meant closing the game.

You could try changing site options (pre fetch one hand & track live hands)
It does mention that the font size of your poker client can mess up the HUD, other than that I can't think why the HUD would suddenly freeze up, sorry.

its just a hem glitch not much you can do about it Sad

to fixed the unfinished games;

1)go to the "data view" tab
2) select the "incomplete" button
3) manually edit finish position/win amount

if you don't know if you won the game look at the final few hands it will ever have the last hand or just have missed the last hand. if its done the later then just take a guess using stack sizes (its only missed 1 hand in 99% of cases so the person with the bigger stack usually won)

hopefully that helped Very Happy

It's so rubbish, cos you can't even reimport that HH, as it just copies it as a duplicate HH. Unless someone knows a way round this. I have tried deleting the said HH and it still wont work.

I don't have this problem right now btw, but I have before, and it's super annoying.

Have you recentely updated HEM ? If so, go back to the previous version, and send a message reporting it to the HEM team.

HEM2 looks good btw from the bits I have seen about it.
